Arrival:

Check-in is between 14:00 and 22:00. If the arrival is later, please contact the reception before 22:00, and a code for the main door will be provided, and we will have the room key ready for you.
 
Check-out:

The room will be available until 11:00 on the day of departure.
  
Fire Safety:

Upon arrival at the hotel, please familiarize yourself with emergency exits and escape routes. Fire alarms are installed. In case of an alarm, please immediately call 74423433.

Bicycle Parking:

Bicycles can be parked in front of the hotel. If you wish to lock your bike in the garage, please contact the reception.

Electric Kettle:

If you'd like an electric kettle with complimentary tea and Nescafé in your room, you can borrow one for free at the reception.

Bathrobes:

In all superior rooms, bathrobes are available. Guests in standard rooms can hire a bathrobe for DKK 30 by contacting the reception.

Internet:

Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.

Pets:

If you plan to bring a pet (dog, cat, etc.), please inform us in advance. Additional cost: 200 DKK per night. Note: This requires booking a Superior room.

Refrigerator:

All rooms are equipped with a minibar.

Breakfast Buffet:

Enjoy our breakfast buffet in our charming restaurant with a delightful view of Sønderborg Bay. Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM Weekends and holidays: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Key:

Keys are provided at the reception. Please keep the key throughout your stay. On the day of departure, return it to the reception.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited indoors. A fee of 1,000 DKK will be charged for extra cleaning if smoking occurs in the room. Smokers are directed to the balcony and other outdoor areas.

Cleaning:

In general the room is only cleaned after departure. If you wish to have your room cleaned during your stay, please request this at the reception before 10 AM on the same day.

Beds:

Single beds are box mattresses of 90 cm x 200 cm. Double beds are 2 single beds put together.

Ironing Board and Iron:

Ironing board and iron are available for borrowing at the reception. In the suite, there is ironing equipment in the cabinet.

Power Outlets:

The power voltage in the hotel's outlets is 220 volts. All rooms have grounded outlets.
